A\u00f1ade la cebada. Despu\u00e9s, vierte el caldo y deja cocer a fuego lento unos 30-40 minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta el puerro en rodajas finas. Parte los champi\u00f1ones en dos o cuatro trozos, seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o. Calienta una cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ade los champi\u00f1ones y fr\u00edelos un par de minutos. Luego, s\u00e1calos de la sart\u00e9n. Calienta el resto de aceite y sofr\u00ede la panceta y el puerro. Vuelve a a\u00f1adir los champi\u00f1ones y vierte el vino.
