A\u00f1ade la cebada y deja que cueza durante 30 minutos. Esc\u00farrela y recoge el l\u00edquido.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta las zanahorias en peque\u00f1as rodajas. Corta en tiras los tomates secos. Pica fino el diente de ajo. Corta las cebolletas en aros. Calienta dos cucharadas de aceite y rehoga la parte blanca de las cebolletas, los tomates y el ajo durante 2 minutos. A\u00f1ade la cebada y echa el vino blanco. A\u00f1ade el agua de haber cocido la cebada y el resto de caldo. A\u00f1ade el tomillo y deja cocer 15 minutos a fuego lento. Si es necesario, a\u00f1ade un poco de agua. Sazona con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Condimenta el pollo, fr\u00edelo con el resto del aceite y \u00e9chalo a la cebada. Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOC. M\u00e9zclalo con la cebada o s\u00edrvelo aparte.
