Pica fino el ajo, la cebolla y las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas. Reh\u00f3galo todo con mantequilla caliente, \u00e9chalo en un recipiente y deja que se enfr\u00ede.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta el Emmentaler AOP en dados grandes de 1 cm. Echa los dados de queso, la carne picada, el huevo, la mostaza, la sal y la pimienta en el recipiente y mezcla bien.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta la tapa de la calabaza y raspa generosamente la pulpa con una cuchara. Sazona el interior de la calabaza con sal y rell\u00e9nala con la masa de carne picada.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coloca la calabaza en una bandeja con papel de horno y m\u00e9tela en el horno precalentado a 200\u00ba unos 60 minutos.
