A\u00f1ade la harina y mezcla bien con un cuchar\u00f3n hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea. Echa la masa en un recipiente. A\u00f1ade los huevos poco a poco sin dejar de remover hasta que se forme una masa suave. Pica fino la mejorana y m\u00e9zclala junto con la mostaza y el Emmentaler AOP en la masa. Rellena una masa pastelera con una boquilla grande.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenrolla las masas y c\u00f3rtalas en 8 rect\u00e1ngulos cada una. Echa el relleno sobre la masa en forma de salchicha. Pinta los laterales con la clara de huevo, forma rollitos y deja los extremos abiertos. Con la parte de uni\u00f3n hacia abajo, col\u00f3calos en una bandeja con papel de horno y p\u00edntalos con la yema de huevo. Hornea a 180\u00ba en el horno precalentado durante 20-25 minutos.
