Condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ralla fino el Emmentaler AOP. Distribuye el pan, las setas y el queso en una bandeja para gratinar. Bate la leche, los huevos y la mostaza, y sazona. Echa la mezcla en el molde.
