Mezcla bien el queso, los huevos, la yema de huevo y la nata, y sazona con nuez moscada, sal y pimienta. Pinta los moldes para flan o las tazas con mantequilla. Rellena los moldes con la masa, s\u00e9llalos con papel transparente y col\u00f3calos en una bandeja para gratinar. Rellena con agua hirviendo hasta que dos tercios del molde est\u00e9n en el agua. Hornea a 160\u00ba en el horno precalentado durante 45\u00a0minutos aproximadamente.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras tanto, trocea las setas. Corta las chalotas y el ajo muy fino. Calienta aceite y fr\u00ede las setas a fuego fuerte. Luego, saz\u00f3nalas. A\u00f1ade las chalotas y el ajo, y riega con madeira. Vierte el caldo y deja cocer a fuego lento unos 5-10 minutos. Parte los tomates cherry por la mitad y \u00e9chalos con las setas, lleva a ebullici\u00f3n y sazona. Corta el cebollino en tubitos y esp\u00e1rcelo.
