Echa la harina, los huevos, la sal y el pur\u00e9 de calabaza en un recipiente y remueve hasta formar una masa lisa. Deja que repose 30 minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta fina la cebolla y corta el puerro en rodajas. Reh\u00f3galos en aceite caliente y vierte la sidra. A\u00f1ade el caldo y las casta\u00f1as y deja cocer 10 minutos a fuego lento. Condimenta con romero, sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta el Emmentaler AOC en peque\u00f1os dados. Calienta agua con sal. Ve echando la masa en el tamiz para kn\u00f6pfli directamente en agua hirviendo. En cuanto los kn\u00f6pfli suban a la superficie, s\u00e1calos con una espumadera.
