Disuelve la levadura en un poco de leche, y a\u00f1ade el resto de leche, el Emmentaler AOC, la mantequilla y el huevo a la harina. Haz una masa flexible y t\u00e1pala con un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo. Deja que suba al doble de tama\u00f1o durante una hora m\u00e1s o menos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remueve todos los ingredientes para la mezcla. Vierte la mitad en una bandeja para gratinar (de aprox. 20\u00a0x\u00a030\u00a0cm). Forma 8 bolas con la masa y col\u00f3calas en la mezcla. Deja que repose 20\u00a0minutos.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hornea a 200\u00ba en la parte inferior del horno durante 20 minutos. Separa las bolas con cuidado con una paleta y echa el resto de la mezcla. Horn\u00e9alas otros 5-10 minutos m\u00e1s en la parte de arriba del horno.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta la cebolla y el ajo muy fino y reh\u00f3galos en aceite. A\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 de tomate y los tomates, y coc\u00ednalos a fuego lento unos 20 minutos.
