Mezcla la harina, la sal, la leche y 25\u00a0g de queso. Bate los huevos y \u00e9chalos a la masa. Remu\u00e9velos y deja que reposen 30 minutos. Haz los crepes, uno a uno, en una sart\u00e9n grande con un poco de mantequilla derretida.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trocea las nueces. Luego, pica las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas y m\u00e9zclalas con las nueces, el reques\u00f3n y 125\u00a0g de Emmentaler AOC. Condimenta con sal, pimienta y la piel de lim\u00f3n. Echa el relleno en los crepes, enr\u00f3llalos y col\u00f3calos en una bandeja para gratinar. Reparte los tomates por encima, espolovrea el queso y echa un chorre\u00f3n de aceite.
