A continuaci\u00f3n, tuesta los pi\u00f1ones en una sart\u00e9n sin aceite. Corta los albaricoques en peque\u00f1os dados y ralla fino el Emmentaler DOP.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla el queso quark desnatado con el jerez, los albaricoques, los pi\u00f1ones y el queso rallado.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Echa la nata con la gelatina escurrida en una peque\u00f1a olla. Cali\u00e9ntala un poco mientras remueves, hasta que se disuelva la gelatina. Remueve r\u00e1pido la mezcla de queso y el queso quark. Condimenta la masa bastante.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cubre la base de la terrina con <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de las lonchas de queso. Unta la mitad de la masa de queso y ponle lonchas de queso. Echa el resto de la masa y c\u00fabrela con el resto de lonchas de queso. Deja enfriar la terrina al menos 3 horas.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corta los albaricoques en tiras, y ponlos a hervir en 1\u00a0dl de agua. Luego, d\u00e9jalos en remojo durante aprox. 30\u00a0minutos. A\u00f1ade la mostaza y la miel y trit\u00faralo todo, pero no hagas un pur\u00e9 demasiado fino.
