Echa 25\u00a0g de queso con la harina, la sal y el aceite de oliva en un recipiente. Desmenuza la levadura y \u00e9chala en el recipiente con el agua. Am\u00e1salo todo durante 5-10 minutos hasta formar una masa homog\u00e9nea. Conserva la masa cubierta en un lugar c\u00e1lido hasta que doble su volumen.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para el relleno, corta los calabacines y el pimiento en peque\u00f1os dados de aprox. 5\u00a0mm. Pica fino el ajo y las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas. Reserva 2 cucharadas de queso. Mezcla el resto de queso con los calabacines, el pimiento, las hierbas, el ajo y las alcaparras, y condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenrolla la masa en una bandeja rectangular de aprox. 20\u00a0x\u00a035\u00a0cm. Extiende el pur\u00e9 de tomate sobre la masa. Distribuye el relleno y ejerce un poco de presi\u00f3n. Enrolla la masa desde uno de los lados longitudinales y corta rodajas de aprox. 3\u00a0cm de grosor. Coloca los caracoles en una bandeja con papel de horno, espolvorea el resto del queso y horn\u00e9alos a 220\u00ba unos 20 minutos.
