Pela y ralla fino las remolachas, la cebolla y el ajo. Luego, ralla fino el Emmentaler AOP. Mezcla las verduras con los copos, los huevos, el aceite y el perejil. A\u00f1ade el Emmentaler AOP y condimenta con sal y pimienta. Deja apartada la mezcla tapada durante 30 minutos para que los copos se hinchen y puedan absorber todo el l\u00edquido.\r\n\r\nForma las hamburguesas con las manos, seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o de los panecillos. Si la masa se desintegra, a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s copos.\r\n\r\nCorta los panecillos por la mitad en sentido horizontal y tu\u00e9stalos en la parrilla o en un horno precalentado. Mantenlos en caliente. Dora las hamburguesas en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de mantequilla derretida, d\u00e1ndole vueltas. Coloca en los panecillos las hamburguesas con la salsa, la lechuga, la cebolla, las lonchas de Emmentaler AOP, la manzana y los brotes.
