Pica fino las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas. Bate los huevos con la leche, sal y pimienta. A\u00f1ade el Emmentaler AOP y las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas.\r\n\r\nCorta las cebolletas con la parte verde en rodajas finas. Luego, derrite mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n y rehoga las cebolletas durante 1-2 minutos. Echa la mezcla del huevo y mu\u00e9vela un poco con la paleta a fuego lento hasta que la masa se solidifique ligeramente.\r\n\r\nEcha los huevos revueltos en las dos bases del pan. Coloca la tapa de los panecillos y ejerce un poco de presi\u00f3n.
