Corta la coliflor en ramilletes peque\u00f1os y m\u00e9zclala con 3 cucharadas de aceite, sal y pimienta en un recipiente. Rep\u00e1rtela en una bandeja con papel de horno y hornea 30 minutos en la altura media.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras tanto, corta en taquitos peque\u00f1os el ajo y la cebolla. Corta el bacon en tiras y fr\u00edelo en una sart\u00e9n sin aceite. A\u00f1ade las cebollas y el ajo y deja que se doren un poco. \u00c9chalo todo en un recipiente y deja que se enfr\u00ede.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, ralla el Emmentaler AOP, trocea las hojitas de mejorana y a\u00f1\u00e1delas a la mezcla del bacon. Rellena las chuletas con la masa y presiona bien.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de 30 minutos, baja la temperatura del horno a 160\u00ba. Calienta 2 cucharadas de aceite en una sart\u00e9n. Condimenta las chuletas y d\u00f3ralas durante aprox. 2 minutos por cada lado.
