Trocea las nueces. Pon papel transparente en el molde para la terrina. Coloca lonchas de bresaola en el molde, ligeramente superpuestas.\r\n\r\nAgita el QimiQ con un batidor hasta que quede cremoso. Mezcla las sultaninas, el oporto, las nueces y el Emmentaler AOP con el QuimiQ. Bate la nata a punto de nieve, y m\u00e9zclalo poco a poco con la masa. Luego, sazona con sal y pimienta.\r\n\r\nMete la masa de queso en una manga pastelera. Inyecta la masa en el molde para la terrina y presiona bien. Deja que coja consistencia en el frigor\u00edfico durante toda la noche.\r\n\r\nA continuaci\u00f3n, vuelca la terrina en una bandeja y retira el papel transparente. Corta la terrina en trozos.
