Quita los extremos amaderados de los esp\u00e1rragos y c\u00f3rtalos en trozos de 3-4\u00a0cm. Corta las cebolletas en aros. Fr\u00ede los esp\u00e1rragos y la cebolleta en aceite caliente. Echa el caldo y deja que cuezan tapados durante 5-7\u00a0minutos hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes. Escurre el l\u00edquido y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien con el Emmentaler AOP, el pesto de albahaca y el queso quark. Condimenta con sal y pimienta.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezcla los fusilli secos, los esp\u00e1rragos y la mezcla y \u00e9chalo todo en una bandeja para gratinar. Espolvorea pi\u00f1ones por encima.
