Surchoix, raspado grueso\r\npimienta molida","recipe_preparation":"La noche antes dejamos las alubias en remojo en un cuenco de agua fr\u00eda, as\u00ed se cuecen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y de manera m\u00e1s uniforme. Una vez que los frijoles rojos se han ablandado, los sacamos del cuenco y los enjuagamos con agua corriente. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos el bicarbonato y los cocemos hasta que se queden bien tiernos. Ahora colamos el agua de cocer y apartamos los frijoles a un lado.\r\n\r\nPara conseguir un suave aroma tostado, calentamos la manteca para fre\u00edr en una cazuela. A\u00f1adimos las cebollas, el ajo y los condimentos y lo dejamos rehogar unos minutos, hasta que se forme un agradable aroma. Despu\u00e9s agregamos la verdura y la salteamos unos minutos junto con la cebolla, el ajo y los condimentos. Ahora agregamos los frijoles, las nueces, los tomates pelados junto con su jugo, el agua y la sal, lo tapamos y lo dejamos cocer a fuego lento unos 20 minutos.
