Estr\u00fajalos y rep\u00e1rtelos en tres recipientes diferentes, a\u00f1ade un poco de aceite y mezcla cuidadosamente con las manos.\r\nCondimenta las patatas con sal y romero, las ra\u00edces con sal rosa y pimienta, y las verduras con sal blanca. Coloca las chips en una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno, prestando atenci\u00f3n a que no queden superpuestas.
