Bate ligeramente con un tenedor.\r\nPica las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas y a\u00f1\u00e1delas a los huevos.\r\nEn una sart\u00e9n antiadherente calienta aceite y rehoga la cebolla picada. Luego a\u00f1ade los huevos y deja que se hagan a fuego lento con una tapadera hasta que est\u00e9n cuajados. Dale la vuelta una vez.\r\nCorta la tortilla en cuatro trozos.\r\nParte los panecillos por la mitad y coloca la tortilla. Cierra los panecillos y d\u00e9jalos reposar un poco. De esta forma, el pan queda impregnado con el sabor de la tortilla caliente.\r\nMientras tanto, mezcla la mitad de la mayonesa con el pepino cortado en dados muy peque\u00f1os, y la otra mitad m\u00e9zclala con una cucharada de k\u00e9tchup.\r\nVuelve a abrir los panecillos y unta la parte inferior con una cucharada de salsa roja. Luego, coloca el resto de ingredientes: una hoja de lechuga, la tortilla, el tomate y una loncha de Emmentaler AOP.
