A\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 de tomate y el peperoncino cortado muy peque\u00f1o. Sazona con sal. Deja cocer unos 20 minutos a fuego lento.\r\nCorta el Emmentaler AOP en bastoncillos.\r\nCalienta el aceite para fre\u00edr en una sart\u00e9n hasta que est\u00e9 muy caliente.\r\nForma cuatro bolas con la masa de pizza. Presionando desde el centro con las manos, dale forma redondeada a las bolas. Fr\u00ede cada pizza por separado.
