Corta la cebolleta en aros finos y reh\u00f3gala con dos cucharadas de aceite. A\u00f1ade los guisantes despu\u00e9s de unos minutos.\r\nReduce con medio vaso de agua tibia y deja cocer a fuego lento hasta que se hagan. Condimenta con sal.\r\nDeja aparte cuatro cucharadas de guisantes, y haz un pur\u00e9 con la batidora con el resto.\r\nPela las zanahorias y c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas finas. Calienta una sart\u00e9n con 50 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra para fre\u00edr las zanahorias.\r\nCorta el Emmentaler DOP en peque\u00f1os dados.\r\nLuego, cuece la pasta, esc\u00farrela y dale un golpe de agua fr\u00eda. A\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 de guisantes, dos cucharadas de aceite, los pi\u00f1ones, la pimienta y, por \u00faltimo, los guisantes enteros y las chips de zanahoria.\r\nPara terminar, a\u00f1ade el Emmentaler DOP cortado en dados peque\u00f1os, las hojas de or\u00e9gano y unos granos de pimienta rosa al gusto.
