Former des boules avec chaque p\u00e2ton. Placer le plus gros morceau au centre d\u2019une plaque couverte de papier cuisson et disposer les petites boules tout autour. Penser \u00e0 cacher une f\u00e8ve dans l\u2019une des petites boules!<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Couvrir les boules de p\u00e2te avec un torchon et laisser lever encore 30 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Badigeonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement les boules d\u2019\u0153uf battu. Enfourner la plaque sur le deuxi\u00e8me niveau de la partie inf\u00e9rieure du four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (chaleur vo\u00fbte et sole).
