Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 2 \u00bd doigts d\u2019eau, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et 1 \u00bc c. \u00e0 s. de sel dans une casserole et cuire le chou-fleur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tuv\u00e9e pendant 5 minutes avec un couvercle. Les l\u00e9gumes doivent rester croquants \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Vider l\u2019eau, rincer le chou-fleur \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide, bien \u00e9goutter et mettre dans un grand plat r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cuire les macaronis al dente dans une eau g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement sal\u00e9e.
