D\u00e9corer comme souhait\u00e9 avec des raisins secs et des amandes, et laisser reposer encore 30\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Battre le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et le lait, en badigeonner les bonshommes. Faire cuire 20 \u00e0 25 minutes \u00e0 mi-hauteur dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (four traditionnel). Laisser refroidir sur une grille. Remarque: la p\u00e2te peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre travaill\u00e9e \u00e0 la main.
