Tailler la courgette en forme de \u00abspaghettis\u00bb avec un coupe-l\u00e9gumes spirale ou la couper en fines lani\u00e8res dans le sens de la longueur avec un couteau. Couper les tomates en deux.\r\n\r\nFaire cuire les p\u00e2tes al dente dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Pendant ce temps, faire chauffer l\u2019huile dans une grande po\u00eale. Ajouter la courgette et faire revenir environ 2 minutes. Ajouter les tomates et faire revenir bri\u00e8vement. Egoutter les spaghettis en conservant 1 dl d\u2019eau de cuisson. Ajouter les spaghettis et l\u2019eau de cuisson aux courgettes, puis m\u00e9langer soigneusement.
