R\u00e2per les courgettes, les carottes et l'Emmentaler AOP sur une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 r\u00f6sti. Hacher finement l'origan et l'ail. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nMouiller les pains pita avec un peu d'eau. Couper d\u00e9licatement le pourtour sur 1 cm de profondeur environ et s\u00e9parer les 2 moiti\u00e9s. Tartiner 6 moiti\u00e9s de pain pita de pesto rosso. R\u00e9partir dessus le m\u00e9lange fromage-courgettes et d\u00e9poser sur une plaque de cuisson. Faire cuire 5 minutes \u00e0 220\u00b0C. Mettre l'autre moiti\u00e9 des pains pita dessus et bien appuyer. Faire cuire encore 2-3 minutes au four.
