Couper les les gros bulbes des oignons en longueur. Couper les courgettes en tranches de 5 mm d'\u00e9paisseur dans la longueur. Faire chauffer de l'huile dans une po\u00eale et y faire revenir les courgettes, les oignons de printemps, les petits pois et les pois mange-tout 5 minutes \u00e0 feu vif. Remuer de temps en temps, saler et poivrer, laisser refroidir.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per grossi\u00e8rement l'Emmentaler AOP. Etaler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une plaque de cuisson et la piquer avec une fourchette.
