Les \u00e9goutter, les refroidir \u00e0 l'eau froide, les presser et les hacher finement. Faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer les pignons sans mati\u00e8re grasse dans une po\u00eale. Battre les \u0153ufs et les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l'Emmentaler AOP et au s\u00e9r\u00e9. Y presser l'ail et assaisonner avec le thym, le sel et le poivre. Couper les tomates en d\u00e9s et les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l'appareil avec les \u00e9pinards et les pignons.\r\n\r\nBeurrer la plaque \u00e0 g\u00e2teau. Badigeonner d'huile une feuille de p\u00e2te et la mettre dans la plaque. Huiler toutes les feuilles l'une apr\u00e8s l'autre et les disposer en les d\u00e9calant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Saupoudre le fond de chapelure.
