Egoutter, conserver et r\u00e9server un peu d'eau de cuisson. Faire revenir les tranches d'asperge dans le beurre chaud. Ajouter 3-4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'aau de cuisson de p\u00e2tes, saler et poivrer.
