Mettre les asperges blanches avec le bouillon dans une grande casserole \u00e9vas\u00e9e, couvrir et faire cuire 3\u00a0minutes environ \u00e0 petit feu. Ajouter les asperges vertes et poursuivre la cuisson 7\u00a0minutes de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles restent croquantes.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Couper les radis en fines rondelles.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juste avant de servir, placer le saladier au bain-marie. R\u00e9chauffer la sauce sans cesser de remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir.
