Envelopper 2-3 asperges dans une tranche de jambon et les d\u00e9poser les unes \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per finement l'Emmentaler AOP Couronn\u00e9. Ciseler les feuilles de basilic. R\u00e9duire le fromage, le bailic et la cr\u00e8me en pur\u00e9e. Incorporer les jaunes d'\u0153uf, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nVerser l'appareil sur les asperges.
