Battre les \u0153ufs et les incorporer aux pomme de terre avec le sel et la farine. R\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment la pr\u00e9paration sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (30 x 40 cm). Faire cuire 20 minutes \u00e0 220 \u00b0C dans la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du four.\r\n\r\nPenadnt ce temps, couper les oignons en fines rondelles. Hacher finement l'ail. Les faire revenir dans l'huile, Ajouter les tomates et laisser r\u00e9duire et \u00e9paissir pendant 15 minutes, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per l'Emmentaler sur la r\u00e2pe \u00e0 r\u00f6sti. Coupe le jambon en lani\u00e8res. Etaler la sauce tomate sur les pommes de terre. R\u00e9partir le jambon, les olives et le fromage par dessus. Poursuivre la cuisson pendant 10 minutes.
