Couper le Emmentaler AOP, le poivron et les abricots en petits d\u00e9s d'1 cm. Hacher finement les oignons de printemps avec les fanes.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer le s\u00e9r\u00e9, la moutarde et la marjolaine. Ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients au s\u00e9r\u00e9, saler, poivrer et bien m\u00e9langer.\r\n\r\nGarnir 4 tasses de film alimentaire et les remplir de tartare de Emmentaler AOP en tassant un peu.
