Dissoudre la levure dans un peu de lait puis l'ajouter \u00e0 la farine avec le reste du lait, l'Emmentaler AOP, le beurre et l'\u0153uf. P\u00e9trir pour obtenir une p\u00e2te souple. Couvrir le saladier avec un torchon humide. Faire lever la p\u00e2te pendant 1 heure dans un endroit o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de l'appareil. En verser la moiti\u00e9 dans un moule \u00e0 gratin (20x30 cm). Former 8 boules de p\u00e2te, les d\u00e9poser dans l'appareil. Laisser lever 20 minutes.\r\n\r\nFaire cuire 20 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C dans la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du four. D\u00e9tacher d\u00e9licatement les boules avec une spatule et verser le reste de l'appareil sur les boules. Faire cuire encore 5-10 minutes dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du four.\r\n\r\nHacher finement l'oignon et l'ail, les faire revenir dans l'huile, ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomate et les tomates et faire mijoter 20 minutes.
