Eplucher les betteraves, les oignons et l'ail et les r\u00e2per finement. R\u00e2per finement l'Emmentaler AOP. M\u00e9langer les l\u00e9gumes avec les flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les \u0153ufs, l'huile et le persil. Ajouter l'Emmentaler AOP, saler et poivrer. Laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert 30 minutes pour que les flocons puissent gonfler et absorber tout le liquide.\r\n\r\nFormer des hamburgers de la taille des petits pains. Si la pr\u00e9paration n'est pas suffisamment compacte, rajouter des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.\r\n\r\nCouper les petits pains en 2 horizontalement puis les faire griller \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou au four et les maintenir au chaud. Faire dorer les hamburgers dans un po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive beurr\u00e9e, en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Garnir les petits pains de sauce, de salade, d'oignons, de tranches d'Emmentaler AOP, de pommes et de pousses, en les empilant.
