Eplucher les pommes de terre, les couper en deux ou en quatre, puis en tranches de 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Hacher finement les gousses d\u2019ail. Retirer les p\u00e9pins du petit piment et le couper en rondelles. R\u00e2per l\u2019Emmentaler AOP \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une grosse r\u00e2pe. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les noix de p\u00e9can.\r\n\r\nVerser les p\u00e2tes dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. 7 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson, ajouter les pommes de terre et le chou.\r\n\r\nPendant ce temps, faire griller les noix de p\u00e9can sans mati\u00e8re grasse dans une po\u00eale, retirer les noix de la po\u00eale. Faire chauffer l\u2019huile. Y faire revenir l\u2019ail et le piment, m\u00e9langer avec les p\u00e2tes \u00e9goutt\u00e9es, le chou et les pommes de terre, saler, poivrer. Incorporer les noix de p\u00e9can et une partie du fromage. Servir avec le reste du fromage.\r\n\r\nConseil: on peut remplacer le chou fris\u00e9 par du chou pomm\u00e9.
