Battre les \u0153ufs et les ajouter, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Laisser la p\u00e2te reposer 30 minutes.\r\n\r\nEplucher le concombre, le couper en 2 dans le sens de la longueur et retirer les p\u00e9pins avec une cuill\u00e8re. Couper le concombre en d\u00e9s. Couper les tomates en 2, retirer les p\u00e9pins et couper en d\u00e9s. Couper l'Emmentaler en petits d\u00e9s. Ciseler les herbes.\r\n\r\nBien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la farce.\r\n\r\nFaire chauffer un peu de beurre dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive. Faire cuire 4-5 cr\u00eapes et les maintenir au chaud.\r\n\r\nAlterner les couches de cr\u00eapes et de m\u00e9lange l\u00e9gumes-fromage pour former un millefeuille.
