Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le cresson. R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e tous les ingr\u00e9dients du pesto \u00e0 l'aide du mixeur plongeant.\r\n\r\nCouper les fenouils en 4 et en lani\u00e8res. Eplucher les pommes de terre les couper en d\u00e9s. Ep\u00e9piner \u00e9ventuellent le piment et le couper en rondelles. Hacher finement l'oignon et l'ail. Faire revenir le piment, l'oignon et l'ail dans de l'huile chaude. Ajouter le fenouil, les pommes de terre, le safran et le bouillon. Faire mijoter 20 minutes.\r\n\r\nAjouter les crevette \u00e0 la soupe et laisser mijoter. Faire cuire les moules \u00e0 part avec 2-3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'eau jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les coquilles s'ouvrent.
