Les \u00e9craser au pilon avec des c\u00e2pres, du jus de citron et de l'huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.\r\nTapenade aux tomates Emincer puis \u00e9craser les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au pilon avec l\u2019ail, les amandes pr\u00e9alablement grill\u00e9es, des c\u00e2pres, du jus de citron et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive : jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.\r\nDresser successivement sur chaque disque de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e :\r\n\r\nune couche de tapenade d\u2019olives,\r\nune lamelle de d\u2019Emmentaler AOP suisse,\r\nune couche de tapenade de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es,\r\nune lamelle d\u2019Emmentaler AOP suisse.
