Parer les haricots. Eplucher les pommes de terre et les couper en morceaux. Faire mijoter les haricots 10 minutes dans le bouillon, ajouter les d\u00e9s de pomme de terre et faire cuire 15 minutes. R\u00e9server 1 dl de bouillon pour la sauce et jeter le reste.\r\n\r\nEffeuiller le thym, hacher grossi\u00e8rement le persil. Mettre les herbes, l'ail, les graines de tournesol, le vinaigre et le bouillon dans un r\u00e9cipient haut et r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide du mixeur plongeant. Incorporer l'huile, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nCouper l'Emmentaler AOP en d\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients au pesto.
