Le lendemain, les faire cuire \u00e0 couvert dans de l'eau froide pendant 60 minutes puis les \u00e9goutter.\r\n\r\nEffeuiller le romarin et le hacher finement. Hacher finement l'ail. Faire chauffer 2 c. \u00e0 s. d'huile et y faire revenir le romarin et l'ail. Ajouter les pois chiches, les tomates, la pur\u00e9e de tomate et le bouillon. Faire mijoter 30 minutes. R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e une partie de la soupe \u00e0 l'aide du mixeur plongeant en la diluant \u00e9ventuellement avec de l'eau, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nCouper l'Emmentaler AOP en d\u00e9s d'1 cm. Couper le pain en d\u00e9s un peu plus gros.
