Couper les carottes en rondelles de 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et le chou-rave en fins b\u00e2tonnets. Couper les pois mange-tout en deux dans la diagonale. Faire cuire les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la vapeur 5 \u00e0 7 minutes de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils restent croquants.\r\n\r\nPr\u00e9parer une sauce avec le vinaigre, l\u2019huile, le sel et le poivre. M\u00e9langer les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la sauce. Ciseler la ciboulette et l\u2019ajouter au moment de servir.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer la farine et la levure dans un saladier. R\u00e2per finement l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. Battre les \u0153ufs. Incorporer le fromage et les \u0153ufs \u00e0 la farine, saler, poivrer et bien m\u00e9langer le tout. Faire fondre un peu de beurre dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. Pr\u00e9lever 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te par m\u00e9daillon et faire revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e.
