Ajouter les \u00e9pinards, et les \u00e9tuver jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils retombent. Saler, poivrer et relever avec un peu de noix de muscade. Egoutter les \u00e9pinards dans une passoire et les presser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\r\n\r\nCouper 100 g d\u2019Emmentaler AOP en petits d\u00e9s de 7 mm, r\u00e2per finement le reste du fromage. Couper les pommes de terre en deux, les creuser \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Ecraser la chair de la pomme de terre retir\u00e9e, m\u00e9langer avec le fromage, 200 g de cr\u00e8me et les \u00e9pinards, assaisonner.\r\n\r\nFarcir les pommes de terre avec ce m\u00e9lange et les placer dans un plat \u00e0 four ou sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
