Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les noix. M\u00e9langer le fromage et les noix avec l'oeuf et la cr\u00e8me. Assaisonner avec le paprika, un peu de noix de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e, du sel et du poivre. Tartiner le m\u00e9lange sur les tranches de pain.\r\n\r\nM\u00e9langer l'huile de colza, le vinaigre de pomme, la sauce Worcester, le sel et le poivre pour faire une sauce. Couper la poire en 4 et la d\u00e9couper en tranches. Couper le c\u00e9leri en tranches et en lani\u00e8res avec ses feuilles. M\u00e9langer les tranches de poire et de c\u00e9leri \u00e0 la sauce.\r\n\r\nCouper les champignons en 4 ou en 2 selon leur taille. Faire chauffer l'huile d'olive et faire revenir les champignons quelques minutes. Assaisonner avec le thym, le sel et le poivre, ajouter \u00e0 la salade et bien m\u00e9langer.\r\n\r\nFaire dorer les toasts au fromage 3 minutes sous le gril chaud.
