Presser le jus. Hacher finement l'oignon et l'ail. Ep\u00e9piner \u00e9ventuellement le piment et le hacher finement. Faire revenir l'oignon, l'ail et le piment dans l'huile. Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomate et faire revenir bri\u00e8vement, ajouter le jus d'orange et les tomates, laisser mijoter 30 minutes, saler et poivrer.\r\n\r\nFaire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer les pignons dans une po\u00eale. R\u00e2per l'Emmentaler AOP en gros copeaux. Mettre le fromage, le zeste, les pignons, la viande hach\u00e9e, l'\u0153uf et la chapelure dans un saladier. Ajouter le romarin, saler et poivrer, bien m\u00e9langer. Former des boulettes de la taille d'une noix et les faire revenir dans de l'huile 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen.
