Ajouter la semoule en remuant. Faire mijoter 5-10 minutes \u00e0 petit feu en remuant de temps en temps. Laisser refroidir.\r\n\r\nR\u00e2per finement l'Emmentaler AOP. Faire dorer les pignons dans une po\u00eale sans ajout de mati\u00e8re grasse. M\u00e9langer les jaunes d'\u0153uf et la moiti\u00e9 du fromage avec la semoule, saler et poivrer. Etaler en couche de 5-7 mm sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et laisser refroidir.\r\n\r\nHacher finement l'oignon et le faire revenir dans l'huile. Ajouter les tomates et faire mijoter 10 minutes. Ajouter les quenelles, saler et poivrer. Verser dans un moule \u00e0 gratin.\r\n\r\nCouper la p\u00e2te de semoule en morceaux et les faire se chevaucher avec les quenelles. Effeuiller la marjolaine et la parsemer sur les morceaux de semoule avec le fromage restant et les pignons.
