Effeuiller la marjolaine. Couper le cicorino en larges lani\u00e8res. Couper les abricots et l'oignon en fines lani\u00e8res.\r\n\r\nFaire cuire les gnocchi 2-3 minutes dans de l'eau fr\u00e9missante sal\u00e9e. Egoutter et r\u00e9server au chaud.\r\n\r\nFaire chauffer l'huile dans une grande po\u00eale et y faire revenir l'oignon. Ajouter le cicorino, les abricots et les noix, faire revenir 2-3 minutes en remuant jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le cicorino se d\u00e9fasse. Verser le vinaigre balsamique, saler et poivrer. Ajouter les gnocchi et la marjolaine et bien m\u00e9langer.
