Faire revenir bri\u00e8vement l'orge. Ajouter le bouillon et faire mijoter 30-40 minutes.\r\n\r\nCouper le poireau en fines rondelles. Selon leur taille, couper les champignons en 2 ou en 4. Faire chauffer une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile dans une po\u00eale, y faire revenir les champignons quelques minutes et les retirer de la po\u00eale. Faire chauffer le reste de l'huile et y faire giller le lard et le poireau.
