S\u00e9chez les courgettes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, portion par portion, en les pressant dans un torchon. M\u00e9langez les courgettes, l\u2019\u0153uf et l\u2019Emmentaler AOP. Ajoutez la farine, le poivre, le sel et l\u2019ail et m\u00e9langez le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te compacte. Etalez la p\u00e2te sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, sur 1 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Faites cuire 15 \u00e0 20 minutes au four \u00e0 210 degr\u00e9s, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bords soient dor\u00e9s. Retournez la p\u00e2te et laissez cuire encore 10 minutes. Retournez-la encore une fois en fin de cuisson.\r\n\r\nEgouttez les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es sur un essuie-tout. Coupez le jambon de Parme en lamelles. Etalez de la sauce tomate sur la p\u00e2te, parsemez d\u2019Emmentaler AOP et disposez le jambon de Parme et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.
