Hacher finement l'oignon, l'ail et les herbes, les faire revenir dans du beurre chaud, les mettre dans un saladier et laisser refroidir.\r\n\r\nCouper l'Emmentaler AOP en d\u00e9s d'1 cm. Mettre les d\u00e9s de fromage, la viande hach\u00e9e, l'\u0153uf, la moutarde, le seil et le poivre dans le saladier et bien m\u00e9langer.\r\n\r\nCouper le couvercle de la courge et retirer les p\u00e9pins \u00e0 l'aide d'une cuill\u00e8re. Saler l'int\u00e9rieur de la courge puis la farcir avec la viande.\r\n\r\nD\u00e9poser la courge sur une plaque de cuisson couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et la faire cuire 60 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
